Job summary

Vor Biopharma is seeking a Senior Data Manager to lead data management activities from start-up through database lock and archiving for multiple clinical programs. You will ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory readiness while mentoring the DM team.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in data management, hands-on DM in trials, and strong experience with Medidata Rave and EDC systems. This on-site Boston role includes comprehensive benefit offerings and strategic project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7+ years in data management.
• Hands-on DM experience in industry-sponsored trials.
• Proficiency with eCRF/EDC tools, especially Medidata Rave.
• Strong project management and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH GCP and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data lead for one or more clinical trials with DM oversight.
• Drive quality and efficiency with cross-functional study teams.
• Oversee DM activities outsourced to CROs and vendors.
• Ensure DM documentation and data standards per protocol.
• Support inspection readiness and timely data delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements.
