In this role you will drive end-to-end projects, build high-throughput services, and mentor peers while collaborating with product teams to evolve the platform to meet diverse needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering in distributed systems.
• Experience designing microservices and API platforms.
• Experience with on-call incident response.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to leverage AI responsibly in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver projects end to end from scoping to production validation.
• Design high-reliability, low-latency systems serving millions of users.
• Build and improve the API framework and tooling used by engineers.
• Drive operational excellence: SLOs, observability, incident response.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and other platform teams on API schemas.
• Set technical bar via code/design reviews and mentor engineers.
