• Own and deliver projects end to end, from scoping and design through implementation, rollout, and production validation.
• Design and build high-reliability, low-latency systems serving millions of users.
• Build and improve the API framework and tooling used by engineers across the company.
• Drive operational excellence: own SLOs, observability, incident response, and reduce toil.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering teams to design API schemas and support launches.
• Set the technical bar through code/design reviews and mentor engineers.
