Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Go, Java) and designing microservices.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects with reliability and performance.
• Experience decomposing complex systems into APIs used by multiple teams.
• Ability to align technical decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency.
