Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project Management, with at least 4+ years leading large or complex IT initiatives
- Proven experience managing Data Lake and Data Lakehouse projects as the primary responsibility
- Hands‑on experience with Databricks, Mainframe data integration, and Virtual ODS (Operational Data Store) implementations
- Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and information systems security
- Experience delivering projects within a State or Government environment
- Expertise running highly structured, metric-driven projects (not Agile-focused)
- Proficiency in MS Project , JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to present executive-level status reports to CIOs, sponsors, and senior stakeholders
