• 5+ years building backend platforms or distributed data systems.
• Proficient in Java, Scala, or Python with high‑quality code.
• Strong knowledge of CDC and relational databases like Postgres.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale CDC, snapshot, and streaming ingestion systems.
• Improve pipeline reliability, data quality, and monitoring.
• Develop onboarding flows for databases and schemas.
• Collaborate with platform teams to meet latency and compliance needs.
• Implement access controls and PII handling across ingestion lifecycle.
