Job summary

State Corporation Commission in Virginia's Health Benefit Exchange division seeks a Senior Data Integrity Analyst to lead reconciliation across exchange systems and with insurers, federal agencies, and other state partners.

You will perform root-cause analysis, drive resolution efforts, document processes, support audit readiness, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Executes recurring reconciliation cycles across Health Benefit Exchange systems and external partners.
• Analyzes data to identify multi-system discrepancies using dashboards and analytical tools.
• Performs root-cause analysis and leads resolution efforts with internal and external partners.
• Tracks and submits official responses to federal data integrity and reconciliation requests.
• Creates and documents processes and procedures for data integrity activities.
• Supports audit readiness and internal controls.
