Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design and deliver enterprise data integrations, ETL pipelines, and API-based solutions supporting Sales, Service, and Distribution. Focus on Snowflake, SSIS, and .NET with C# and Blazor in an Agile team.

The role emphasizes performance, scalability, and technical leadership, with on-site work in Charlotte, NC. Expect collaboration, reliability, and mentoring responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development experience with a data and integration focus.
• Expertise in Snowflake and strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• 5+ years of C#, .NET, and Blazor or transferable modern UI experience.
• 5+ years of ETL experience across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Azure development including Functions, DevOps, Service Bus, Repos, and Pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Azure Data Factory or similar tools, and GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
• Build and support data integration workflows and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop RESTful APIs using .NET and integrate applications with data platforms and APIs.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues across environments.
• Design integration patterns including batch, real-time, and API-driven approaches.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and enforce secure coding and data governance.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support production systems and optimize performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency.
