Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Senior Integration Developer for an on-site contract-to-hire role in Charlotte, NC. You will design and deliver enterprise data integrations, ETL pipelines, and API-based solutions across Sales, Service, and Distribution, with emphasis on Snowflake, SSIS, and .NET (C# and Blazor).

You will lead technically, address performance, and mentor peers within an Agile team. Required: 8+ years in data integration, Snowflake expertise, strong SQL, SSIS experience, 5+ years in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data and integration development experience.
• Proficient in Snowflake and SQL; SSIS experience.
• 5+ years in C#, .NET, and Blazor.
• 5+ years in ETL across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
• 5+ years Azure development incl. Functions, DevOps, Service Bus, Repos, and Pipelines.
• Experience in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Leadership and mentoring experience; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
• Build and support data integration workflows and ensure data quality.
• Develop RESTful APIs using .NET and integrate applications with data platforms.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues across environments.
• Design integration patterns including batch, real-time, and API-driven approaches.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support production systems and optimize performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency.
