Highmark Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to drive KPI collection, analysis, and reporting. You will develop dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and executive presentations to support decision-making and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, automate processes, and maintain data quality while presenting complex insights clearly to leadership.

Formación

• 5 years of directly related work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collect data from departments and build analyses, trending, forecasting reports and executive presentations.
• Develop processes and templates to enable efficient data analyses and automate reporting.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of information by addressing issues in core metrics and maintaining data integrity.
