Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field
• Master's degree preferred in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research
• 5 years of directly related work experience
• Strong SQL skills, Tableau, Dataiku, Google Cloud, Python advantageous
• Proficient to master level with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access
• Experience with end-user reporting tools and data analysis processes

Responsibilities

• Design and build analyses/trending/forecasting reports; publish metrics dashboards and executive presentations
• Develop data collection systems and automate reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Identify issues with KPIs; participate in process and data improvement efforts
• Ensure documentation and data integrity; maintain consistency in reporting
• Communicate complex subjects clearly to internal stakeholders
• Prepare work plans and track deadlines; prioritize information needs
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to deliver insights
• Take on additional duties as assigned
