Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a data professional to drive KPI collection, analysis, and reporting. You will develop dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, and executive presentations to support operational excellence and informed decision-making.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, automate analyses, and ensure data quality, presenting findings clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, computer science, quantitative business analysis, or closely related field.
• 5 years of directly related work experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with end-user reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with data governance and forecasting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report on KPIs; develop dashboards and executive presentations.
• Design analyses, trends, and forecasting reports in Excel or other tools.
• Develop processes and templates to standardize data analyses and ensure data quality.
• Communicate complex subjects clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
