Highmark Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to drive KPI reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and executive presentations.

You will partner across departments to collect data, analyze trends, and deliver insights that support operational excellence and decision making. The role emphasizes transforming complex data into clear, actionable information, developing scalable analytics, and maintaining data quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Math, CS, Quantitative Business Analysis or closely related field.
• 5 years of directly related work experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
• Strong SQL skills, Tableau, Dataiku, Google Cloud, Python are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Collect data from multiple departments and design analyses/trending/forecasting reports.
• Develop processes and templates to enable efficient data analyses and standardized deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information; identify issues in core KPIs.
• Present complex topics clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop work plans, estimate deadlines, and prioritize business information needs.
• Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams; perform other duties as assigned.
