Job summary

Disney Parks and Resorts seeks a Senior Manager, Disney Central Data & Insights to lead data strategy, governance, and analytics for the contact center. You will oversee data integration, platform design, and KPI management, partnering with DxT, IE, and Commercial Intelligence to deliver trusted, actionable insights.

You will shape data governance, ensure privacy controls, and drive executive reporting, dashboards, and insight visualization to improve Guest experiences and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lead data strategy, governance, and analytics for contact center operations.
• Develop KPI standardization and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy controls, and compliant data practices.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for data integration, compliance, operational intelligence, and analytics.
• Establish and advance contact center data strategy and roadmap, including data ingestion and platform requirements.
• Provide governance for PII/PCI and compliance reporting in alignment with privacy and security policies.
• Build standardized measurement frameworks and real-time dashboards for performance reporting.
• Guide ad-hoc analyses and translate data into leadership-ready recommendations.
• Oversee quality monitoring and trend analysis to inform coaching and decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align data priorities and roadmaps.
