Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Officer to convert executor capability and operational data into actionable insights. You will develop standardized evaluation methods, integrate diverse data sources, and deliver executive dashboards for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include building metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, plus presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership for resource allocation and planning.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in data analytics, operations research, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Excel and one or more analytical platforms (Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, or statistical software).
• Experience developing metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance-measurement frameworks.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify meaningful trends, patterns, and implications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized performance-evaluation methodologies that produce actionable insights.
• Integrate and analyze large volumes of diverse data from multiple sources.
• Assess executor capabilities and performance to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Create metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks assessing operational effectiveness.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards, data visualizations, and recurring leadership briefings.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for organizing, validating, and cleansing enterprise data.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting with compiled operational data.
