Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in data analytics, operations research, performance measurement, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Excel and analytical platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R.
• Experience developing metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance-measurement frameworks.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and implications.
• Experience producing analytical reports and executive briefings for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized evaluation methodologies producing actionable insights.
• Integrate and analyze large volumes of intelligence and operational data.
• Assess capabilities and performance to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Create metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership.
