Highmark Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to collect data, build dashboards, and present executive insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify analytics needs, develop forecasting and trending reports, and ensure data quality across reporting systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field and 5 years of related experience, with strong SQL, Tableau, Dataiku, Google Cloud, and Python skills. Office-based with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, CS, QBA, or closely related field required.
• 5 years of directly related work experience required.
• Strong SQL skills, Tableau, Dataiku, Google Cloud, and Python preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect data from multiple departments and design analyses/trending/forecasting reports.
• Develop templates to enable consistent data analyses and automate reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs and reporting with proper data integrity controls.
• Document changes to reporting processes and maintain data integrity.
• Present complex information clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
