Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a data analytics professional to collect, analyze, and report on KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and executive presentations to support operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and automate reporting while ensuring data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience; strong SQL, Tableau, and data visualization skills are preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Math, CS, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field
Master's Degree preferred in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research
5 years of directly related work experience
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Dataiku, Google Cloud and Python is preferred

Responsibilities

Collect source data; design and build analyses/trending/forecasting reports; publish dashboards and exec presentations.
Develop processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient data analyses; automate data collection.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of information; identify issues; facilitate changes to reporting.
Document changes to reporting; maintain data integrity.
Communicate with internal orgs and external vendors; present complex subjects clearly.
Develop work plans; estimate deadlines; prioritize information needs.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
