Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Senior Advisor, Data Insights & Client Reporting to bridge data, strategy, and client engagement for Home Delivery Product. You will transform complex data into insights, define reporting strategy, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead executive-level reporting materials, partner with analytics teams to define requirements, and collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Operations to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in analytics, reporting, BI, or client management.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and client-facing materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute reporting strategies aligned to product, operations, and client objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights; develop executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
• Own development and delivery of client-facing reporting packages and business reviews; prepare for client meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align reporting priorities and stakeholder expectations; support product launches with data-driven measurement plans.
• Maintain reporting governance and quality with clear methodologies and data sources.
