Qualifications

• 10+ years applying statistics to large data sets.
• Ability to translate data insights into strategy and execution.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale Data Transformation programs end-to-end across multiple workstreams.
• Generate actionable insights from high-volume banking data sets and translate insights into clear strategy.
• Negotiate timelines, scope, and delivery approach with senior-level stakeholders.
• Manage a broad and varied book of work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Identify program issues at scale and develop repeatable approaches to resolve them.
• Maintain feedback loops across delivery teams to sharpen execution.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve program risks with clear ownership.
• Bridge business and technology teams by translating analytical findings into clear narratives.
