Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Poland to transform data into actionable insights and executive‑level reporting. You will design dashboards, partner with stakeholders, and enhance collaboration tools to improve knowledge management and decision support.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, translating data into compelling narratives, and driving automation and process improvements with strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3–8 years of experience in business analytics, BI, reporting, or digital content (financial services/regulated industry preferred).
• Data insights & critical thinking: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with actionable insights.
• BI & Dashboard Development: Hands‑on experience designing and building interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Data storytelling & executive communication: Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Technical & Microsoft 365 mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Stakeholder collaboration & requirements gathering: Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Project, process & automation management: End‑to‑end project delivery and automation.
• Agility, UX & multitasking: Detail‑oriented with strong design sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and metrics reporting.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Translate complex data into clear presentations and stakeholder content.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Enhance SharePoint sites and collaboration tools for accessibility and UX.
• Support automation and process improvement to drive efficiency.
• Evaluate new technologies and data sources to enhance reporting capabilities.
