Northrop Grumman is seeking a Data Insight Analyst to join the Warner Robins Data Analytics team. You will extract, transform, and validate data, and design interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to support operational decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in data analytics or related field with 3+ years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to translate business needs into KPIs. A U.S. Government Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field and 3+ years in data analytics or BI roles.
• For Level 3: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in data analytics, reporting, or BI.
• Will consider 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience developing dashboards with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation.
• Experience translating business requirements into KPIs and dashboards.
• Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, transform, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel).
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Translate complex business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visual storytelling.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Bridge OT with IT systems to enable high-performance data visualization and logging.
• Optimize report and dashboard performance and implement governance standards.
