Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, coding development, analytics enablement/adoption, or related data work.
• 5+ years in ROI analysis, performance indicators, and impact metrics.
• 3+ years applying BI tools to enable analytics adoption and decision-making.
• 3+ years partnering with senior stakeholders to translate problems into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own significant initiatives end-to-end from intake to delivery within the team scope.
• Design experiments and adoption activities with measurable outcomes (ROI, utilization).
• Contribute to AI/ML initiatives with enterprise standards for responsible AI and guardrails.
• Mentor less experienced Partners and share methodology within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovation experiments.
