Job summary

Humana Inc., via CenterWell Senior Primary Care, seeks a Lead Informaticist to design and govern data infrastructure supporting analytics and AI-assisted insights. You will build scalable data products and ETL/ELT pipelines in Databricks Genie One to enable reliable self-service analytics across pharmacy, membership, marketing, and finance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, analytics, informatics, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years in data analytics, informatics, BI, data engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex analytical data, data-product, or platform initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in modern cloud-based data environments.
• Strong SQL and complex analytical transformations.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with dimensional/relational data modeling for analytics.
• Experience with data quality, metadata, lineage, governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and curated analytical data products in Databricks.
• Translate requirements into reusable data models for pharmacy claims, membership, marketing, and finance domains.
• Define metadata, data sources, definitions, lineage, and transformation logic.
• Govern KPI definitions, population rules, data relationships, and analytical methodologies.
• Integrate disparate data sources while preserving data integrity and meaning.
• Build data environments to support AI-assisted and self-service analytics.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of AI-driven answers.
• Identify gaps in governed data capabilities and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data governance.
