Job summary

Acxiom seeks an Expert Integration Architect to lead end-to-end design and technical implementation of data and identity solutions for clients. This role supports pre-sales, architecture/design, and setup of advanced tag & consent management solutions while aligning data across online and offline ecosystems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in digital marketing IT roles, strong project management, and a track record of working with external vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years digital marketing experience and/or IT roles managing e-commerce or digital marketing technology solutions
• 8+ years with database marketing, direct marketing or interactive marketing environments
• 8+ years of solution architect roles
• 8+ years working in an external client-facing environment
• Dynamic, self-motivated with eagerness to learn about new technologies and digital/CRM marketing
• Understanding of marketing mix and how digital journeys fit into it
• Strong leadership and presentation skills
• Proven track record of influencing and delivering results with external vendors
• Expertise in Ad-Server technologies and tag management/analytics solutions
• Proven experience with Online IT and CRM IT

Responsibilities

• Leads design & implementation of data & identity solutions for clients across online and offline ecosystems.
• Understands client requirements and translates them into Data, Identity and Media tagging specs.
• Leads all technical communication with the client and provides technical oversight across implementation.
• Provides client consulting for proposed changes, process improvements, issues or research of data inquiries.
• Leads discussions on web networking, including DNS and CNAMEs.
• Coordinates technical aspects of changes, issues and research in a self-directed manner.
• Lead Website Auditing considering data layer for tag management solution design.
• Designs QA procedures for ongoing monitoring of identity/tag-management solutions.
• Ensures seamless transition from requirements through design, development, testing and publishing of tags.
• Lead data integration for 3rd party Ad tech (DMP, DSP, Ad Server, Fraud & Verification, OFA, Tag & Consent) and 1st party data sources.
• Diagnoses and helps troubleshoot data discrepancies or performance issues in collaboration with Platform owners.
