Job summary

Church & Dwight is accelerating its digital transformation with an Enterprise Data Management Associate Director who drives governance, master data, quality, metadata, and stewardship. The role partners with business and technology to ensure trusted data that enables analytics, automation, and AI across the enterprise.

The hybrid role based in the US requires collaboration across functions, governance councils, and complex programs to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in data management, governance, or related transformation.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDM is strongly preferred.
• Leadership experience guiding cross-functional programs and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data management strategy and roadmap.
• Lead governance councils, stewardship forums, and cross‑functional data initiatives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end data lifecycle across product, customer, supplier, and finance domains.
• Improve consistency and timeliness across ERP, planning, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with business and technology teams to resolve data issues and simplify processes.
• Drive standardization of data structures, naming conventions, and business rules.
• Translate business needs into data capabilities and roadmaps; manage budgets and vendors.
• Influence Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Manufacturing, HR, Analytics, and Technology.
