Qualifications

• 6+ years of data management experience including data quality assessment, monitoring, or remediation.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience turning business needs into technical requirements and tasks.
• Understanding of data lifecycles, discoverability, accessibility, and quality.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key SME for supervisory data, ensuring reliability and consistency to support intelligence and decision-making.
• Define and implement data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring for supervisory data.
• Develop deep SME in examination data to inform data quality standards for AI use cases.
• Partner with S&R, CDP, CEP, and IT to build scalable data management solutions.
• Contribute to data policy implementation and access management initiatives as the role matures.
