Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Manager of Data Governance to establish and maintain enterprise governance, data quality, and security across Azure and AWS. You will collaborate with IT, compliance, and business partners to embed governance in workflows and ensure regulatory alignment (GxP, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).

The role leads policy development, data cataloging, and risk mitigation. You will drive initiatives to monitor KPIs, promote data literacy, and oversee end-to-end data demand and catalog

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Admin or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master’s/MBA) preferred with data management/analytics coursework.
• 5+ years in data governance, data management, or similar roles in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine governance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, GxP).
• Set KPIs and controls to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain data catalogs and dictionaries; use tools like OneTrust for metadata/documentation.
