• Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years in data governance or data management with governance framework experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; healthcare data or EPIC preferred.

• Lead the enterprise data governance program and set governance standards across the organization.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and analytics teams to formalize data policies.
• Translate policy into practical standards for data quality, classification and risk.
• Build a trusted data platform and foster data stewardship culture.
