Job summary

The Themesoft Inc team seeks a Lead Data Governance & Catalog Engineer to drive enterprise data governance initiatives using Ataccama. You will design, implement, and maintain data catalogs, glossaries, and lineage across Snowflake, Databricks, ERP and CRM systems.

You will partner with compliance, security and technology teams to ensure trusted data assets, establish policies, and lead governance workshops and dashboards for stakeholders. 100% remote work option available in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise data governance, metadata management and cataloging.
• Proven ability to collaborate with compliance, security and business teams.
• Knowledge of data quality monitoring and stewardship processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Ataccama Data Governance, Data Catalog and related tools.
• Design and maintain enterprise data catalogs, glossaries and metadata repositories.
• Establish governance policies, controls and stewardship workflows.
• Configure ownership, issue management and governance reporting.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, privacy and security teams to meet regulatory requirements.
