Our client, a leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Data Governance Analyst, you will be part of the Data Governance & Data Quality organization supporting data enablement across Databricks and existing EDH processes. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder communication, hands‑on data quality implementation, and practical governance experience which will align successfully in the organization.

• Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand data sources, data flows, and how data is used in business processes.
• Help define data quality expectations and governance rules for both business and technical needs.
• Use SQL and Python to profile data, investigate issues, and implement data quality checks or automation.
• Support data access governance across EDH and Databricks, including identifying opportunities to automate workflows.
• Coordinate follow‑up actions with business, technology, and delivery teams, including working sessions, documentation, and ownership tracking.

What's Needed?

• Approximately 5‑7 years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, or data management.
• Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python or data‑related automation, including APIs for automation.
• Understanding of data flows, metadata, data quality, and access governance.
• Ability to connect business requirements with technical implementation.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with U.S.-based stakeholders in English.
