Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to lead governance efforts, ensure data integrity, and drive master data initiatives across enterprise systems. The role requires mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in data governance, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and experience with SAP, Snowflake, or Dayforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and enterprise systems (SAP, Snowflake, Dayforce).
• Experience in cloud data environments and metadata management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of governance control tools and reporting dashboards.
• Resolve complex data integrity issues and drive cleansing initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations for master data design and process improvements.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence data-driven decision-making across the organization.
