Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to lead master data governance across the enterprise. You will drive governance policies, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

On-site in Draper, UT, the role requires 5+ years in data governance and advanced SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems like SAP, Snowflake or Dayforce. The team values proactive problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and enterprise systems (SAP, Snowflake, Dayforce).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with cloud data environments and metadata management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of governance control tools and reporting dashboards.
• Resolve complex data integrity issues and drive cleansing initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations for master data design and process improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and support enterprise‑wide data governance training.
