You will mentor teams, collaborate with finance, risk, and engineering, and drive scalable, observable workflows while focusing on forecasting and scenario design for business planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience spanning data, modeling, forecasting, financial-planning technology, or software-enabled analytical products.
• Track record of ownership of operational models, maintaining and scaling analytical solutions for production.
• Candidates should be modeling and data practitioners with software fluency to deliver.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable data pipelines and data products across databases, lakehouse and cloud platforms, Anaplan, and other enterprise systems; improve data quality, lineage, orchestration, and performance.
• Maintain, and improve existing operational models used for business management. Strengthen architectures and production-ready development.
• Partner with modelers to turn complex models into reliable, maintainable products with testing, controls, monitoring, and documentation for forecasting, planning, and scenario design.
• Develop and support practical models for financial planning, focusing on pipeline-style models such as headcount projections.
