Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior data architect to design enterprise data fabric solutions that unify access to distributed data across on-prem and multi-cloud environments. You will shape reference architectures and governance while enabling data products and self-service analytics.

You will lead efforts in data virtualization, active metadata, knowledge graphs, and automated data integration, applying data mesh concepts and cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, and BigQuery

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture or enterprise data engineering.
• 6+ years architecting data fabric solutions (data virtualization, active metadata, knowledge graphs, automated integration).
• 5+ years with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery).
• 4+ years with data integration/ETL/ELT and metadata & lineage tooling.
• 3+ years with API and streaming architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years experience). If Associate’s, 6-year work exp.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise data fabric delivering unified, intelligent access to distributed data across on-prem and multi-cloud.
• Design integration of data virtualization, active metadata, knowledge graphs, cataloging, and automated data integration.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and governance that scale enterprise-wide.
• Enable data products and self-service with real-time data delivery through the fabric.
• Advise on data mesh, data product operating models, cloud data platforms, and streaming architectures.
