Job summary
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery of full‑stack data solutions across the data lifecycle. You will design and implement data pipelines, data models, and analytics capabilities using local, distributed, and cloud technologies with strong security and governance.
The role requires 5+ years in product management, 3+ years of people leadership, and a proven track record with Agile/Scrum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in product management or product ownership.
- 3+ years of people management with direct reports.
- 3+ years of experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or data products.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum and serving as a Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams.
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and budget oversight.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and translating business needs into technical requirements.
