Job summary

PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineering & Analytics Lead to drive data strategy and build scalable infrastructure. This remote role includes periodic in-person team meetings in Pomona, CA and offers visibility across the organization to influence strategic decisions.

You will develop data pipelines, perform forecasting and modeling, and deliver executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and robust documentation. A strong analytics background and 7+ years in data engineering are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering complex data engineering solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel (Power Query), SAS, and SAP.
• Experience with BI tools for data visualization and analytics.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate them into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable data engineering solutions (ETL, data modeling, pipelines).
• Apply advanced analytics for forecasting, economic modeling, and performance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and visual analytics with Power BI, Excel (Power Query), SAS, and other BI tools.
• Translate analytical insights into clear reports, metrics, and executive-ready narratives.
• Perform in-depth project data analysis and identify patterns to improve processes.
• Create and maintain robust technical documentation and deliver data support to leadership and partners.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure data quality, reliability, and governance.
