PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineering & Analytics Lead to drive data strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
The role blends hands-on data engineering with leadership across cross-functional teams, leveraging Power BI, Excel, SAS and SAP to deliver enterprise-grade analytics. You will lead ETL and data modeling efforts, partner with IT and operations to ensure data quality, and communicate complex insights through
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering complex data engineering solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel (Power Query), SAS, and SAP.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data visualization and analytics.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate insights into business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data engineering solutions including ETL, data modeling, and data pipelines.
- Apply advanced analytical methods to build forecasting and performance analysis models.
- Develop dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI, Excel, SAS and other BI tools.
- Translate analytical insights into clear reports and executive-ready narratives for leadership.
- Perform in-depth project data analysis to identify trends and improve reporting capabilities.
- Create and maintain robust technical documentation and data support for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and governance.
