Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to shape the future of mental health data platforms. You will build scalable data infrastructure, design a robust data warehouse, and develop efficient data pipelines that empower teams to analyze clinical outcomes and growth metrics.

You will own end‑to‑end data quality, governance, and collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade Python projects.
• Expertise in SQL data modeling and transformations (dbt), with schema and governance focus.
• Experience with modern ingestion tools (Airbyte, Fivetran) and CDC approaches.
• Strong orchestration with Apache Airflow and reliable pipelines.
• Experience with Tableau or Sigma for analytics visualization.
• Knowledge of Snowflake architecture and Snowpipe patterns.
• Security basics: RBAC and data privacy considerations.
• QA‑First mindset with end‑to‑end data quality validation.

Responsibilities

• Join engineers building and scaling core data infrastructure, pipelines, and services.
• Design and implement a robust data warehouse to support analytics and operations.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and curated data sets with stakeholders.
• Write code daily and mentor teammates on best practices.
