Hoar is seeking a Data Engineer to design and scale end-to-end data and analytics solutions that empower self-service analytics. You will partner with business teams to translate problems into automated, scalable data resources and support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineer or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and query authoring.
• Experience with Power Platform tools for data insertion and consumption.
• Ability to translate business problems into automated data processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
• Assemble large, complex data sets to meet functional requirements.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements for data delivery and scalability.
• Build infrastructure for ETL using SQL across diverse data sources.
• Create Power Platform objects for data insert and consumption.
• Develop analytics tools that harness the data pipeline for insights into key metrics.
• Collaborate with executives, product, data and design teams on data infrastructure needs.
• Maintain data separation and security across databases, servers and Azure regions.
• Create data tools to support analytics and data architecture.
• Build processes for data transformation, structures, metadata, dependencies, and workload management.
