Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support a centralized data platform aggregating 30+ external marketing channels for reporting and supplier-facing insights. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to design scalable data solutions in a highly collaborative environment.

The role focuses on building scalable data pipelines in GCP, optimizing data models, and integrating data from diverse sources to accelerate time-to-market for key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills to work with Product and Business stakeholders.
• Located in Atlanta, GA or Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products within GCP.
• Develop and optimise data models supporting analytics and reporting use cases.
• Integrate data from multiple external and internal sources.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to gather requirements, solve complex problems, and recommend technical solutions.
• Build event-driven architectures and APIs supporting modern data workflows.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of existing data platforms.
• Leverage AI-enabled development tools and engineering best practices to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Operate as a strategic engineer capable of independently navigating ambiguity and driving solutions forward.
