Job summary

Overhaul is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team. You will architect, build, and maintain scalable data systems powering analytics and AI capabilities, spanning DataOps, MLOps, and infrastructure. You will own pipelines and ensure operational excellence in streaming data.

The role is based in Austin, Texas, with remote work option. Candidates should have strong Python and SQL skills, experience with Databricks and Spark, and a track record delivering

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required.
• Experience with cloud-based data lake tools and designing data pipelines.
• Proficient in Python and SparkSQL/Spark.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain streaming data pipelines using Databricks, and Spark.
• Create ML Pipelines to feed data and update a variety of models.
• Develop ML models to enhance predictive analytics capabilities and support decision‑making processes across various departments.
