Job summary

REDICA Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize our core data platform. You will lead scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data reliability, and contribute to architecture decisions across data products and services.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, integrate with NLP/ML services, and support production deployments while driving data-driven improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and microservices for high-volume datasets.
• Data Reliability & Integrity: Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement automated testing, monitoring, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, building scalable, maintainable solutions that support our evolving data platform.
• System Integration: Integrate data pipelines with downstream NLP/ML services and search technologies, including the ELK stack.
• Production Operations: Support production deployments, troubleshoot pipeline and database issues, and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate requirements into practical, well-designed technical solutions.
• Tech Savvy: Stay up-to-date with data advancements and incorporate them into work processes.
• Manages Complexity: Synthesize solutions from complex information and develop effective problem-solving strategies.
