Redica Systems, a leader in regulatory intelligence for life sciences, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize our core data platform. You will tackle challenging problems, shape architectural decisions, and mentor engineers as the team grows.

You will work on scalable ETL/ELT pipelines processing regulatory datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with product teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions across Health Authority datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize core data pipelines for regulatory datasets.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement testing and monitoring.

• Integrate pipelines with downstream NLP/ML services and search tech.
• Support production deployments and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to translate requirements.
