Qualifications
- 8+ years of data engineering experience and production data platform from scratch.
- Professional English communication.
- Advanced SQL and Python with dimensional modeling.
- Hands-on AWS and Terraform experience.
- dbt production workflows with tests, docs and lineage.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of a scalable cloud data platform.
- Deploy and manage infrastructure as code via CI/CD pipelines using Terraform.
- Build complex data transformation models and a unified semantic layer.
- Design secure, incremental data ingestion across systems (HR, Atlassian, GitHub, Finance).
- Enforce privacy by design with row- and column-level access policies as code.
- Document architectural decisions and create handover documentation.
