Visa is seeking a Senior Consultant Data Engineer to join the Value Added Services - Digital Marketing & Engagement team. You will design, enhance, and build the Visa data token platform in an agile setting, leading multiple projects and real-time scoring services that are secure, scalable, and highly available.

You will pioneer next-generation software with ML and deep learning, guiding fellow engineers and collaborating with product, security, and operations to deliver impactful results for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Strong leadership in delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
• Expertise in big data engineering with Hadoop, Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with data pipelines, high-volume multi-dimensional data, and ML models.
• Familiar with Kafka, Redis, Flink, TensorFlow, Triton, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Unix/Shell scripting and scheduling tools like Airflow and Control-M.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including TDD, CI/CD, and databases (relational and NoSQL).
• Strong communication and mentoring ability.
