Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) is hiring a Senior Data Engineer in Orlando to build near-real-time data streaming platforms powering guest data products across Disney Parks, Resorts, and experiences. You will design reusable platform capabilities, ensure data quality and freshness, and deliver scalable data pipelines that convert raw data into reliable, consumable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Data Engineering, Software Development or similar experience.
• Strong foundation in data pipelining, ELT/ETL, data architecture and data lifecycle.
• Experience across design, implementation and end-to-end testing of data engineering solutions.
• Collaborative approach with a drive to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and oversee architecture for data capture, processing and usage from diverse sources.
• Develop efficient data flows, routing and storage leveraging cloud and local options.
• Apply data cleansing, transformation and automation with big data, AI and ML techniques.
