Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience documenting business requirements and translating those requirements into dimensional data models using Erwin.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL and advanced performance tuning.
• Current Expertise with GcP.
• 3+ years of experience designing, building, testing, and supporting near real-time data pipelines using BigQuery, Airflow, Informatica IDMC, etc.
• 3+ years of experience working on agile teams delivering data solutions.
• 1+ years of experience working with omni channel customer interaction data, translating requirements into data models and pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence teams across boundaries.
• Ability to define and solve complex problems with ambiguous data in distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead medium/large projects and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business partners to understand data requirements and use cases for applications, advising on schema design, data movement, and analytics patterns.
• Capturing, modeling, and documenting enterprise data views at conceptual and logical levels using Erwin.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining data services and real-time pipelines.
• Partnering with platform architects to ensure compliance with principles and standards.
• Mentoring team members and promoting agile practices to increase throughput.
• Designing and maintaining solutions aligned with published standards.
