• 8+ years of production data engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and Java or Golang; strong SQL fundamentals.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark) and workflow orchestration (Airflow).
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data lakehouse architectures (Iceberg), and data governance.
• Ability to design, operate, and scale complex data pipelines across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, implement, and evolve batch and streaming data pipelines for customer behavior, campaigns, and consent data at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into data architectures.
• Lead incident investigations; drive governance, privacy by design, and auditable data lineage.
