Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience designing and operating production data pipelines and data platforms.
- Strong Python and one or more languages such as Java or Golang; solid SQL skills.
- Experience with distributed data processing frameworks and cloud ETL services.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve batch and streaming pipelines for behavioral, audience, and campaign data.
- Lead data model design, data governance, and auditable data lineage.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams.
- Ensure privacy, security, and cost considerations in data solutions.
- Deliver scalable data assets for marketing analytics and activation.
